   Abstract

We compared Etest with broth microdilution testing for 92 Cryptococcus isolates against isavuconazole. A 97.8% agreement was found between these methods without major discrepancies (> 2 well dilution difference). Our findings support the use of Etest methodology as a reliable method for the determination of MICs against Cryptococcus spp.
